Options include Seasonal BBQ Grilling, where you'll master the art of grilling with fresh, seasonal ingredients while learning expert techniques for smoking, searing, and marinating. In Italian Kitchen, participants will create classic dishes, from handmade pasta to traditional sauces, while exploring the rich flavors of Italy. Taste of the Islands offers a vibrant culinary adventure featuring dishes inspired by Caribbean, Hawaiian, and Polynesian traditions. Our themed classes can be tailored to your group’s preferences, including the highly popular Cooking for a Cause—a favorite among corporate groups. 

For those with a sweet tooth, our pastry team offers specialty baking classes. In Cookie Decorating, participants will learn piping techniques, icing applications, and creative designs to craft beautifully decorated cookies. The Pretzel Making class teaches the secrets behind creating soft, hand-twisted pretzels from scratch, complete with dipping sauces. 

Mindful Activities  

Unplug and immerse yourself in a hands-on creative experience. Garden Greenology invites participants to build their own terrarium using a variety of succulents, moss, and decorative elements while learning how to care for their mini ecosystem. For a relaxing and personalized touch, the Candle-Making Workshop allows guests to create a custom candle by selecting from a variety of scents, colors, and decorative elements, making it a perfect keepsake or gift. 

Movement  

Sometimes all your team needs is a little motivation to step away from the screen and recharge. From yoga and meditation to barre and lawn games, we offer a variety of activities to promote relaxation and team bonding.
