Breathe & Brunch Returns to Normandy Farm This August
Free outdoor barre3 classes to be paired with Montco’s Best Sunday Brunch
Normandy Farm Hotel is excited to partner with barre3 again for a series of Sunday morning wellness events. The tranquility of the studio meets the natural serenity of the grand garden this August as barre3 brings their total-body, low-impact workout to the Farm. Barre3’s signature approach to exercise will give area locals a rewarding endorphin high, designed to balance the body. For added balance, participants can pair the experience with brunch at “the farmer’s daughter” Restaurant immediately following the workout.
